Switching from 10mg daily oils to raw full-spectrum extracts—is anyone else struggling to find the right balance?

Hey everyone! 👋

I've been reading through all the recent updates around FSA guidelines in the UK, especially the recommendation keeping daily intake around 10mg for healthy adults.

For context, I’ve been taking standard CBD oil drops for about 6 months now for general post-workout recovery and evening relaxation. It’s definitely helped, but I recently started looking deeper into the difference between basic isolates/distillates versus full-spectrum formulations that keep the natural terpenes and minor cannabinoids intact.

A few questions for the regulars here:

Dosage vs. Quality: Do you find that a lower-dose (10mg–20mg) extract with a complete terpene/cannabinoid profile works better for you than higher-dose isolate oils?

Routine: How do you structure your daily intake across the morning vs. evening?

What to look for: Apart from checking for third-party lab certificates (COAs) and zero-THC compliance, what specific features do you look for when picking a UK-compliant brand?

Would love to hear what routines or product types have worked best for you!
